
Refund and Return Policy of VIBEXCITY

At VIBEXCITY, we strive to provide high-quality fashion items and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below to understand your rights and the process for returning items.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may be subject to different return conditions. Please review the product page for more information.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@vibexcity.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and the return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Please return the item to the address provided with the return authorization. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the conditions above, your return will be processed.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note the following:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damaged product).
- If you received a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@vibexcity.xyz with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged product. We will either offer you a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made items or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased with a final sale notice or deeply discounted products.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vibexcity.xyz. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, it must be returned for a refund as per the terms of our return policy.
